About the Venue
This theater opened in 1927 with the name Erlanger’s Theatre but was soon renamed St. James in 1932. Presently the theater is owned by the Jujamcyn Corporation.

Double door entrance with a slight curb ramp from the street.

Located down one flight of stairs in the lower lobby.
Hearing Assistance
Assistive listening, handheld captions, and prerecorded audio devices available on all theater levels, free of charge. Photo ID is required.
Elevators and Escalators
This theater does not have elevators or escalators.
Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair seating is available. There are no steps from the sidewalk to the designated wheelchair seating locations.
Restrooms
A wheelchair accessible restroom is available on the main level. Additional restrooms available on the Mezzanine and Balcony levels.
Accessible Seating
Slight curb ramps outside of the theater. Wheelchair seating available in the Orchestra section.
Coat Check
Coat check available for $3 for large coats or a bag. All bags are subject to search.
